Precedence and scope
A signed or accepted proposal identifies the deliverables, price, timeline, revision rounds, third-party costs and special terms. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may change price or timing.
Free preview
The free preview is one non-production direction for the first two landing-page sections. No payment is due before approval. Up to three specific bounded changes are included. The preview is not completed code, source files, editable design files or a launch-ready asset.
Project start and payment
Standard projects use 50% after preview approval, written scope and inputs are confirmed, then 50% at launch readiness once the deliverable materially matches the written scope. Funds clear before public launch, cutover or source handoff. Invoices and PayNow or bank-transfer instructions are supplied privately.
Delivery timing
The 3-4 working-day statement applies only to qualifying Essential and Enhanced builds after every start condition is complete and refers to staging presentation. Custom and Signature work uses the quoted timeline.
Revision rounds
One round is one consolidated feedback submission from the named approver. A new concept, page, section, feature, integration or strategy is extra work.
Staging, acceptance and cancellation
Acceptance occurs through written approval or completion of included revisions where the work materially matches scope. Cancellation after production begins may be billed for completed work, reserved capacity and approved third-party costs within the agreed balance.
Ownership and licences
After full payment, the customer owns bespoke final code, supplied content and bespoke deliverables listed in the proposal. Third-party licences, reusable Local Web Works tools and unlisted working files do not transfer.
Signature boundaries
Signature starts from SGD 3,900 and is quoted against written quantities and complexity. Custom 3D, multiple scenes, advanced integrations, large migrations, applications, photography and full brand strategy are separate unless included.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, transaction fees, booking, CMS, APIs, paid tools and licences are separate unless included in writing.
Handoff and warranty
Without monthly care, the customer becomes responsible for hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and recovery after handoff. A fourteen-calendar-day warranty covers reproducible faults against the written scope.
Monthly care
Care is month-to-month with stated request allowances and business-hour response targets. Requests do not roll over. Larger work requires approval.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide lawful and authorised content and access, appoint one approver, review promptly and maintain required third-party accounts.
Liability and governing law
Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a project is capped at the project amount paid. Singapore law applies, subject to any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Material changes apply prospectively and show an updated date.
