Data we may receive
Contact details, business information, current links, supplied logos and content, project messages and approvals, invoice and payment-status records, technical security logs from the services used to run the site.
Why we use data
To respond to enquiries, assess fit, prepare previews and proposals, deliver and support work, maintain security, and keep required records.
Free-preview material
Supplied material is used to assess and create the requested direction. If no project follows, working material is normally deleted or de-identified within 30 days unless security, legal or accounting retention applies.
WhatsApp and email
We use Zoho Mail to handle messages sent to contact@sitesbuilder.store. Contact actions open your email app or WhatsApp, which process data under their own terms. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data. Enquiry text and supplied business URLs are not sent to analytics.
Opening preference
A first-party cookie remembers a homepage visit for 30 minutes so returning visitors can skip the opening animation. It contains only a visit timestamp, not contact details or an advertising identifier. A hard refresh replays the opening.
Optional saved drafts
Package choices and enquiry edits stay in memory while you browse. If you choose Save my draft on this device, your package choices, notes, name, message and preferred contact channel are also saved in this browser so they can be restored after a refresh or a later visit. Nothing is sent to us by saving. Uncheck that option or use Remove saved draft to delete the saved copy; your current edits remain open. Avoid saving on shared devices. Clearing this site’s browser data also removes the saved copy.
Analytics
This version of the website does not send analytics events to an analytics provider. Typing in the enquiry form or pricing builder does not send your message to us. Send enquiry submits your name, chosen contact details, message and package interest to our private enquiry records so we can reply. Your reply address or number is not saved in the optional browser draft. Opening an email or WhatsApp draft is a separate option; you decide whether to send it in that service.
Providers and third-party sites
We use Vercel to host this website, Cloudflare for domain DNS, Zoho Mail for email and WhatsApp for messaging. Hosting services may process connection information such as your IP address, requested page and request time to deliver and protect the site. Portfolio links take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Unsuccessful preview files: up to 30 days. Ordinary enquiries: up to 12 months. Project files and approvals: project term plus 12 months unless an active service, dispute, security or legal need applies. Accounting records follow legal requirements.
Security
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal data in an enquiry. Saved drafts remain available to people with access to your browser profile, so avoid saving on shared devices. No internet service is perfectly secure.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside Singapore. Processing locations depend on the service and account configuration. Contact us if you need more information about how a provider handles information connected with your enquiry or project.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or limit use of personal data, withdraw consent or raise a complaint. Contact contact@sitesbuilder.store.
Children and sensitive data
The service is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. Do not intentionally submit sensitive personal data for a preview.
Changes and complaints
Material changes show an updated date. Contact Lucas Toh at contact@sitesbuilder.store with a privacy concern so we can investigate. You may also raise a concern with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.
